My parents had been looking into Walk-In Bathtubs for awhile. We liked that OBR offered the Jacuzzi brand. Everything went great from the beginning. The Jacuzzi representative that came out to the house was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The office staff was great to work with and the installer was wonderful. When they left it was like they had never even been there. My parents absolutely love their Walk-In tub and I love knowing the fact that they are safe!
