This was the best consultative experience I have ever had with a doctor. Dr. Nappi was exceptional with his knowledge, history and information, incredibly personal in his delivery and very very thorough in explaining my options. He covered EVERYTHING. He also provided some excellent additional resources to research about the disease. The amount of time he spent with me was amazing - I believe it was close to 40 minutes. And I honestly felt as if I was his only patient in the world - and even provided his personal contact information. I was given his undivided attention from beginning to end.
