Mount Carmel Lewis Center Emergency Room

Amazing getting discharge papers now they over ran all my consers that I have been told couldn't be solved for 3 weeks almost a month and some consers that have been going on a month and all consers were about my baby so any mother knows how my shoes felt would go here any day while the staff here now is working

Every time I’ve been here, either as a patient or with someone I have been treated with kindness and professionalism. I almost don’t want to tell people because I don’t want too many people to come and ruin it (🤣joking of course). This place and these people are wonderful care givers. I was on pain meds for years and it did not change how they treated me, they never made me feel like I was just there looking for a “fix” which is how I feel every time I go to a certain hospital in Delaware county. I am thankful for this ER and it’s employees.

I was on the fence about visiting based on reviews. My experience could not have been better or gone more smoothly. I was in a room within minutes of walking in the door, the doctor and nurses were in my room before I even had my feet up on the bed and I was in and out in under 4 hours. Obviously this was based on the number of current patients and they weren't too busy but.. I left feeling confidant with their diagnosis of my symptoms, the nurses and and all staff were pleasant and never made me feel like a burden or like I wasn't a priority and the facility was very clean and comfortable. I don't generally leave reviews but I always read them. I felt compelled on this one based on the negative reviews. I would definitely recommend this ER based on my experience with them:)
