Our experience was outstanding. My wife and I went to look at a used Wrangler. Ended up buying a 2022 Outlander. Zach was tremendous with the whole process, even when we spent over 30 min looking at the Wrangler and even running preliminary numbers and then switched to look at the outlander.

Zach was very understanding and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and never pushed us towards a higher payment or car we didn’t want.

Zach even stayed past 9pm (when they closed at 6pm) to get everything done and kept showing us more features of the car.

The gentleman that wrote the contract was very good as well and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone was very friendly in both buildings.

Overall it was a great and easy experience. This was our first Mitsubishi but I feel we will be back in the future.
