These folks have had my vehicle twice in the last two months. This last time they even had a courtesy car for me to use for free which saved me from the hassle of going to pick up a rental. They are respectful, and explain what is needed, and they do as I ask. Plus they deal with my warranty company which saves me time as well. 10/10 recommending.

This place is wonderful! The fact that they offer free loaner cars caught my eye. The last place I went to made me walk almost 1/2 a mile to rent a car. Oxford offered me a free loaner. They changed my oil and everything the same day! And due to the weather, they even let me keep the loaner car for the weekend at no additional charge. I had also taken it in due to turn signals not working. After they found that issue they were kind enough to give me a new loaner car and fixed that issue within two days. They were diligent with their work, very fast and was willing to work with me on my schedule. Dillon and Christian kept me in the loop the entire time throughout the process. The entire staff is very kind. They even offered to let me keep the loaner car longer if needed at no additional cost. So far my car has be running perfectly fine since my repairs. I am very happy with this repair shop and I will definitely be returning!! It was hard to find a shop to work on a Mercedes’ so I’m happy I reached out 😌😊

Can’t say enough great things about Oxford. My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for 2 years now and they’ve been excellent. Fair prices, great quality service and respectful employees. They even fit a brake job into a few hours for me to get my truck back before a large snowstorm. Will continue to be a customer for years!

Love this crew! One of my favorites is that they will pick up and drop off my car! even though I lived about an hour away. I went to 3 other well known mechanic shops and none of them assessed correctly, let alone actually fixed the issues I had. I wasn't sure I was going to even keep my performance car, which I love, but it drives like new now! Thanks Oxford!

Amazing mechanic shop with the best communication. Christian was great! He really cared about the worries I had with my car and told me I could bring it in the same day. Dylan was also great at communicating what was getting fixed and the prices of everything. They even got it finished earlier than they had told me. I also got a text from them the next day making sure everything was still working well. It's great to find a place that values communication and their customers like they do! Very happy and can't recommend them enough!
