Great company to get work done from. Very knowledgeable, quick, and caring.
Definitely recommend!!
We want you to know that Ohio University’s Typeshop and Bindery highly recommends Heavy Duty Truck & Equipment Service Inc as a service provider with the utmost knowledge and the courtesy to match. Bill Decker was the best! His approach to our needs were professional and went far beyond expectations. We highly recommend them for your towing and moving of heavy equipment needs.

Talked to Bill from the company recently and he helped get one of our Trailers back moving. Incredibly helpful and nice. Great company to use anywhere around the Columbus area. Thanks again Bill!
Bill was a life saver. My motorhome had a blow out, I spent over 8 hours fighting with my roadside assistance to get help. I finally called Heavy duty truck at 9 at night and Bill picked up and headed right over. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I wish I had called right away. I can't recommend him enough.
I called Bill out of the blue when a company truck broke down in Centerburg. He spent a more than 30 minutes over two separate phone calls, including one after hours, walking me through a diagnosis of the problem, possible repair requirements, repair facilities, and possible towing options INCLUDING OTHER TOWING COMPANIES. My business is headquartered in Michigan, and his local knowledge was extremely helpful. He was also spot-on in diagnosis, towing, and repair estimates just off the top of his head. (He did not perform the repairs.)
I hope to never break down around this area again, but I know who to call if I do.
Thanks Bill!
