Nothing but great things to say about this company. From our first contact with the office, the response time and professionalism was second to none. The estimate came quickly and Joe described exactly what the process would be in the sales meeting. The rapport was great. After signing a contract through Docusign, which was great because it was so easy, we were informed constantly of updates and scheduling. The crew was extremely polite and considerate. A pleasure to have working. The job went much quicker than anticipated on my end. A final walk through was done before we were invoiced and we were more than happy to pay. Will call again and again if we need anything and also have already referred them to some relatives.
This company came highly recommended to me from a neighbor and now I highly recommend them. This company is extremely proficient, professional and modern. The sales and estimate process was incredibly informative with just the right amount of literature and knowledge. Other companies we shopped overwhelmed us with too much "selling". Joe stated facts and was very genuine. You could tell he cares about helping people. He sold us on his company. Contracts were all done electronically as was final payment. We had to do very little and our job (2500 square foot home) had a new roof in 1 day with no disturbance. We will be calling them again soon for new gutters. Do yourself a favor and hire them.
I have work with Joe before multiple times over the last 15 years. This time I needed a new roof in a hurry. I was moving out of the city and with today’s housing market I needed a quick fix on my roof to sell quickly. The instant value of a whole new roof was much more appealing so I went with that option over some repairs. The process from start to finish was smooth even with some weather delays. My house sold instantly for well above the previous appraised value with the new roof and all the warranties transferred to the new owner. The experience was an absolute pleasure and the pricing was very competitive.
