(February 18, 2015, 10:13 am)Love, love, love taking Pilates with Amanda! She will challenge you but not let you hurt yourself. As a physical therapist she brings so much more knowledge with her to the table that you feel confident is what she is asking you to do. Workouts are never boring as she incorporates different and new exercises into the mix. It is the best hour of your day!
