Main sewer line clog had all drains backing up and spitting up sewage in our tubs. We called and they were here in minutes. The access is in the basement and they plumbers allowed us to help catch and direct sewage away from our belongings. I am very appreciative they gave us a fighting chance instead of just opening the access for 100+ gallons of sewage to flow everywhere like a fire hydrant. We had fun helping and what a story to tell. I still can’t believe they were here in minutes for our plumbing emergency, dispatch was aware they were in the area and finishing up a job - timing worked out to squeeze us into the schedule. Other plumbing companies were booked and only had after hours rates along with a hefty price tag and hours of waiting. We are very pleased with the installation of our heating, A/C, duct and vent installation and pipes. Every employee we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Beginning with the person that came out to find out exactly what we wanted and needed. To Mike's grew that laid the pipes. We spent the most time with Sean, Travis and Nate who installed everything in the house. All of them were always on time. Very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They always cleaned after themselves everyday. In addition, we care for our grandchildren during the day and they were very aware of any and all hazards that could involve the children by making sure they gathered their tools and not leave anything behind that little hands to get a hold of. Nick, Jimmy, Jacob S. and Hunter were very professional and courteous. They installed a back-up sump pump and came out several months later due to a relatively minor issue which they did not charge me for since the sump pump had been installed so recently. I highly recommend them and will continue using them. Prices seemed fair to me and work seemed to be high quality.

We called Emergency Plumbing Heating and Air on a weekend because of a "running" toilet. They were there within a few hours and only charged a minimal fee, even though it was a weekend. The service guys were professional and honest and did not overstate or trump up our issue either. Highly recommend this family business!! We will definitely call them again if we have any plumbing concerns.

Our ac went out this company was the only company to call us back immediately and come out the next day. James is awesome, so helpful, and caring. Chrissy was so helpful answering the phone and getting us assistance. Travis and Nate arrived at our house within an hour of our call with portable air conditioners to keep us cool. Amazing customer service! You are not just a bottom line sale to this company you matter to them.
