I had peace of mind knowing the property has security cameras and a lot of exterior lighting. The office staff is very polite, and extermly professional.... How nice to see these days! I strongly recommend Shroyer.

(May 25, 2020, 2:22 pm)I have rented for over 40 years, and Shroyer's is the absolute best place to live. The park is extremely well maintained and managed. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful not only for the different seasons, but for every holiday as well. The owner and staff go beyond what one expects as a tenant. They will definitely exceed your every expectations.
