We just purchased a condominium in Dublin and we were very impressed by professional, extremely helpful, and very informative and personal service by this realtor’s team.
We specifically worked with this team, because they were literally available 24/7, every day, including weekends. No matter what time of a day, our questions were always answered. Their communication was excellent, either by email, texts or by regular phone calls.
Once we decided what we were looking for, the type of condominium , the area, and extra things we wanted, we got flooded daily with various available properties. We searched many of them online, and as soon as we found the ones we wanted, we had our tours scheduled.
As we approached towards decisions between two properties, Amy was right there helping us navigate purchasing, recommending the perfect inspection company, “Linkhorn Inspection Group”, ( Shawn Conaway was amazing! ), and helping us with different options in buying process. The biggest help from Amy was the timing and her flexibility to view properties as soon as we wanted to see them.
The one and only the best condo was sent to us early in the morning, and by the evening we made the offer. And very next morning we were in contract. The excitement was real, and within an hour, the realtors team’s executive assistant, Julie, started emailing us daily timeline with all necessary documents and information that we needed for closing.
Buying of a new home can be stressful and time consuming, especially during these hard times, when houses and condominiums are being bought out right underneath your nose. But Balster team made this process very easy, smooth and very well organized.
During closing, all papers were signed, and we not only ended up with a condo, but also with two large beautiful baskets, and lifetime professional team of realtors. After closing, Amy reached out to us many times with helpful suggestions and recommendations for different stores in the area, and different services we might need in the future for our condominium.
We definitely highly recommend this wonderful team of realtors.

We have now purchased 3 homes with Craig and Amy's help (2013 through 2016). I couldn't be happier with their support and knowledge. With the first home, we were relocating from out of state. We loved working with Craig and Amy! We relocated from New Jersey so we had to fly out here to look for houses. We requested that they pack as many homes as they could into 1 weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised with a bunch of great houses to choose from. At the end of the weekend, we picked 1 and flew back to Jersey. Craig took care of the rest for us. It was very important for us to have an agent we trusted because we were 600 miles away. I also like that Craig did not pressure us or try to convince us us which house to buy. Just showed us the houses and let us decide. He did have the answers to all of our questions. We were so happy with their service, 2 years later my son used them to purchase his home. Once again, they delivered with exceptional service.

Amy was great throughout the entire process. We were buying our first home and didn't know anything about the process. She helped us through every step and gave us helpful tips as we went through each step. We worked with her for several months and several areas. We know it was a long drive for her so we really appreciate all the time she spent traveling for us. Even after the process finishing, she made it clear that she is always willing to help us with anything. I would definitely recommend using Amy!
