15/10 recommend trying Cyclebar. The atmosphere is SO MOTIVATING! The instructor is encouraging, the music is great, and the class lighting is so cool. The staff is super friendly. I tried my 1st class while visiting from out of town and immediately bought a class package to try for the remainder of my trip. You won't regret it!

I have taken a few classes at cycle bar - polaris. Both Lauren and Josie are amazing and make every experience so fun. Even on my first visit they were both so welcoming and helpful. All instructors at cycle bar are great and you can never go wrong. I love my experience every time!

Alyssa is the best! I had such a great experience with her today! Everyone should consider signing up for some of her rides!

Alyssa Torres is amazing!! The absolute best cyclebar instructor! I did not think I could get through that 45 minute workout, but she helped push me through! This experience was super fun and a great/ intense workout! She is so motivational and I would love to take more of her classes! Please if you are new and looking for an instructor, she is without a doubt the best!

I absolutely love the community here at CycleBar. Everyone is so welcoming. You always feel better when you leave! It is a great and quick way to get your workout in daily.

This place is like a large garage sale with early anything you might ever need. It's rather cluttered, so keep you mask on in this place because it's dusty, BUT a wonderland. 😁😁

I, had a great time, as always. My mission today was looking for twin size bamboo sheets. I bought them years ago for my king and full size beds and they are the best sheets i've ever slept on. Shep's is the place for anything you might be looking for at a great price. Very friendly clerks. I will be going back soon.

Shep's has always been a great indoor like flea market. They have tons of items anywhere from candy to major appliances. Old, New, Used, real value can be found here. Used to be totally unorganized a super mess !
They have recently reorganized, now it's so much easier to find what you're looking for as well as a pleasurable to shop!

I love going in here to see what i can fine. I found my brother several medical devices he needed like a ortho knee brace with metal on it and a good cream for his tube.
