Relatively good location with easy access and lots of trails to explore and things to see. Unfortunately it seems that the facilities are all closed at the moment but the trails are well taken care of and it's a peaceful area for walks.
Beautiful space with amazing old log structures and stone structures. How cool of the Warner's to leave the space for future generations. What a nice little hike today!
A truly beautiful reserve. There's always something to see, and as always the gentleman in charge was extremely knowledgeable, and glad to direct us to the rare plants. Unfortunately, the young woman working there was incredibly rude, and condescending to a woman that asked a few questions about wildflowers. This woman was literally directed to ask this person about these flowers, but was only met with disinterest, and irritation. Then, this employee felt the need to insult my brother and I on our way out. We had nothing to do with her being drug away from her computer screen, and hadn't said a word to her. Completely uncalled for behavior. So, go to the park and enjoy the beautiful plants. But, be cautious of who you ask for information. Yes, your trail maps are great. But, some people prefer human interaction, or have difficulty identifying the plants. Asking for assistance shouldn't open you (or others) up to abuse.
