My experience here was amazing! Absolutely recommend going here! Shakerria was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Felt very welcomed as soon as I came in.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. The environment here is so supportive and welcoming. The coaches are just great and the level of comfort I feel walking in is so surreal to me considering how terrified I was the first time I stepped into the building to sign up. I feel so lucky to have found such a great community of people and friends.

I seriously love this place. I was very hesitant to join a gym due to insecurity and never having lifted a weight in my entire life. The coaches here are so down to earth and are so awesome to work with. They cater the work outs to your level and needs and you never feel left out. The coaches here want you to enjoy and love crossfit as much as they do- and it shows!!

Love TrueFIT Athletics. Being in my upper 40’s I was really hesitant to start CrossFit, but joined TrueFIT and it now feels like home. I love the positive environment and getting that nudge to push harder. It is amazing the progress that I have made. Highly recommend!
