On 2-1-24 I was involved in an accident where I was sitting at a traffic light that was red, and was hit from behind. I contacted a popular collision center and was told they were not interested in fixing my car. I called BOB BOYD COLLISION CENTER, spoke with Raphaela, who is the kindest person in the world, and immediately felt my car was in the best hands possible. From the moment I dropped my car off, until I picked it up, Raphaela kept me up to date, and was reassuring and even got something out of my car for me that I had forgotten. The staff at bob boyd collision are great! Had a bad scrape on my ram from a fence and took it to them, well they found additional supplements and when they told me it was going to be longer than expected they put me into a rental car until everything was done the right way! My wife struck a deer with her 2019 Ram Laramie, Bob Boyd did an exceptional job repairing the damage and putting the truck back into a like new condition. Will at Bob Boyd did a very good job of communicating with both the insurance company and us on updates on the repair. When hidden damage was found and the repair took longer than planned due to the current problems getting parts. They were kind enough to give us a loaner when our insurance loaner ran out.
