above and beyond to accommodate us. They are highly professional and yet made us feel like part of the family and the project. They're customer service has been top notch, and when we had a ,little manufacture issue with the pool, they handled the whole issue without a hiccup! Knowing many friends with pools and issues, I would recommend, Walt, Nancy and the Rainbow Pool family to anyone. -

(June 16, 2021, 12:36 pm)Amber and Nancy are lifesavers over there. So glad we chose Rainbow pools. 🌈 I've had my pool for 2 seasons now. I've had 0 issues. I get our water checked weekly by Rainbow pools and just do what they tell me to. It's literally that simple. They do everything for me. They built it. They open it up in the spring. They close it down in the winter and cover it. I'd rather pay the pros and keep a clean blue pool then some of the issues I've seen from friends pools.

(May 15, 2021, 8:18 am)I can’t say enough great things about each and every person that works here. We were their last install of the year last year. We never knew what the weather was going to do but they stayed on top of things. Because the weather turning cold we waited for concrete until this year. They were not able to install our auto cover since we waited. Our concrete guy was out in March poured the concrete and they were right out a week and a half later to install our cover and open our pool for the year. Being a new pool owner and completely lost on what all to do, they have ALWAYS been a phone call away. Very friendly & helpful and Wes even came out a second time to go over everything at a time my husband & I could be there together. Thank you so much Walt, Nancy, Amber, James & Wes! For such a big decision you guys made it as painless as you could! We are forever grateful!!
