We truly enjoyed working with Cheryl on the sale of our last home. She made working with the relocation company seamless, worked her marketing magic and got our home sold so we could get on our way out of state. We highly recommend working with Cheryl as she was quick to respond, she knows how to negotiate and made sure we knew what was happening through out the process!

She was professional and offered valuable advice in the negotiation and inspection processes. Whenever an issue or question came up, she responded promptly and with the knowledge needed.
