(February 23, 2020, 8:01 pm)We were passing through lancaster on February 1st 2020 with our 89 blue Skokie . I stopped at a speedway and filled up with gas. While I was filling up at the pump my bus caught on fire in the engine compartment. I disconnect the battery and used water to get the fire out twice. Within 5 mins the lancaster fire department was there. They looked over the entire bus with me to ensure that everything was safe at the moment. I was unable to start the bus or hook up the battery again, but they helped get the officer back to help me get a tow to the O'rileys across the street. All of the firefighters were very nice sympathetic and helpful. Thank you so much for your fast and caring attitude.
