I was having troubles with my charging port. Thought I was going to have to have a new replacement. They found out that I had dust, and other debris inside my port and cleaned it out for me. For this they did not even charge me. So for my needs for phones repair I will go back to them with no problems. They were very friendly and helpful thank you
Shattered the back of my 12 Pro Max and they fixed it in the same day within a couple hours! I had a lens focusing problem and I brought it back they fixed that as well with no issues. A super friendly and awesome team!
I may never buy a new phone again. Lol my iPhone went off the top of my car and completely shattered the screen. I took it in to techy in Lancaster and they were amazing. It was done in 45 minutes and looks like a brand new phone. They charged me a little over $100 instead of buying another $800 phone. Yesterday was a great day. Thank you.
AMAZING customer service, rare these days to find a place where you actually feel like someone cares. Aaron was prompt in replying to my email about my Galaxy phone, i could not get it to charge even after i cleaned the charging port and tried a new charger. He told me to bring my phone in Saturday morning when they opened at 10:30 and they would do a diagnostics check to see what the problem was. When i arrived he took time to explain how it's usually a bad charging port, bad battery or the motherboard. After 2 hours i was called and notified they tried a new charging port, checked battery and unfortunately it was a bad motherboard that was going to cost more than a new phone. I decided to buy a new phone and go get the old one.
When i arrived Aaron explained everything in detail and how the tech had my phone apart and checked everything. I went to pay Aaron for the time they spent diagnosing my problem and taking apart and putting my phone back together and he says "I am not charging you, just share your experience with others .. that is all i ask" NOW THAT IS A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I will return if i have any issues in the future
Quinton is a fantastic tech and person.
My wife’s XS iPhone phone was looping off and on with the Apple sign blinking off and on. The iPhone phone would not boot up properly.
Quinton had diagnosed the problem and solution quickly and the phone was back in my wife’s hands working as good as before in just a few hours.

Update: my I-phone charging port wasn’t working and the tech cleaned out the charging port at n/c….I can’t say enough good things about this company…highly recommend!!
