“Recently, I had surgery for a medial complex meniscus tear, and I couldn't have asked for a better team. I'll admit that I was nervous going into it, but Dr. Priano and the team at the Surgery Center eased my mind, answered questions, and most importantly, did a great job taking care of me and my knee. Only 2 days since surgery and have minor pain and am able to get around with no issues. Physical therapy starts on Monday, so let's see how that goes!”

“I have never been to Genesis before The people around Lancaster Ohio kept telling me to go there and I did finally and it was a great experience They knew exactly what to do They are the only once in Lancaster Ohio that take CareSource for any home care needs I took my paperwork that I got from my doctor and they took care of all the rest I even got my crutches the same day that is amazing I would recommend them to family friends and anybody that asked me if they need any home care supplies thank you Genesis for helping me out you was amazing and I would be honored to keep coming back to Genesis to get all my home care net And for the wonderful lady that helps me out was very helpful but also like I was a part of her family and had the biggest smile ever And I will keep coming back to her and the Genesis company And to Genesis company she would be a great asset to adding another store in Lancaster there is only one store in our town and we need to have on the east side and one more thing Genesis they had no home delivery service unless they were on that side of town you would definitely get a lot more customers if you had a home delivery service for all your products it would have helped me out a lot if you would have had that option who are your customers And I would like to thank you the great experience I had there and how easy it was and I hope my feedback helps you out a lot so you can expand your store and the quality of care you provide And think you so much to the lady that helps me out that day And I am so very sorry I do not remember her name I do remember this when you walk in the door she is on the right side of the room and the first desk you come to again thanks Genesis I really do appreciate it and how fast and easy you all made it happen in the same day so I did not hesitate to ask her if it was okay to fill this out and to rate you I had only given one other place five stars before I do not hand out five stars a lot it's only for those that go above and beyond like you Genesis and eagle loan of Lancaster Ohio so keep up the Great job you're doing here in Lancaster Ohio.”

“Ok this little boutique is so cute. The manager there always makes these super cute displays. She puts together ideas I would have never thought of. Her name is Shaunie, she is very fun and loves to help out her customers. You can tell she really likes what she does. She is hilarious and gives you her honest opinion and recommendations. They're not high pressure sales people at all there, they actually let you shop. It's a cute place where you won't spend a lot of money for a cute dress! “Nice facility in safe location. Original owners sold to Rhino and Rhino reduced accessibility to your unit from 24hrs to 10pm! That's ridiculous considering that the entire facility is unmanned by people. The gate is cell phone app operable and the units lock and unlock with the app so you must have a smart phone to use for entry and exit. I loved that part because the facility is basically wired to prevent theft and whom enters and exits and what unit they access is logged via computer, so why limit your access to 10pm? Not everyone works 9-5 and for non climate controlled (cement floor with a garage door only) units that many are $100+ /mo you should be able to get something or drop something when you need to in my opinion. They recently had pest control place outdoor rodent catchers as most businesses have in place. I never saw any signs of rodents but this past summer my unit had quite a few spiders that invaded. It's bound to happen to some degree but there were more than you might expect to see dead inside the unit when I moved out. Not sure if that had to do with pest control or winter. You must empty unit and photograph your swept clean unit with date and time and email it to Rhino when ending rental so hours of operation would have no need to be reduced to half of my original leased unit. Hope this helps if you are looking...I like facts upfront when I make decisions ;)”
