Amanda was very helpful and made my experience fast and easy.

I had been trying to have a DOT 5 panel drug screen performed in order to meet the application requirements for a Merchant Mariner’s credential. I had been turned away at other testing facilities because I did not have a corporate account with them, and I even had a screen performed at yet another testing facility that did not count because the staff there failed to inform me that they were unable to perform a chain of custody form, in house. A&D diagnostics was knowledgeable enough, and able to communicate with me about the services I actually needed. It was also extremely helpful to be able to speak to someone on the phone directly.

The ladies were more than happy to accommodate my busy schedule and allowed me to come in on a Sunday morning to get my background check and drug test. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! To sum it up in the words: Friendly, Fast, and PROFESSIONAL!
