Excellent office team. Dr Bickel provides a state-of-the-art exam. He is a excellent teacher, explaining what changes you should expect over time. There is no rush, and the doctor keeps the visit comfortable with a gentle sense of humor (you can see this at work when he is advising his students as well.) If you choose to purchase your glasses, Chris Silva will help you balance cost vs cutting edge performance.

Today was my first visit and experience with Dr. Bickel, his staff and facility at Visual Care Associates. My experience was nothing short of exceptional in all aspects.
