“I am writing this review to contradict another person's review suggesting this office is difficult with regard to getting medical forms. I am not certain if they were requesting forwarding of complete patient history or just completion of medical release/current physical type information. If it's the latter, we just had to do this for our tween's trip to a Boy Scout summer camp. We dropped off the paperwork, were just asked to complete a portion of it (general history) and sign the parent/guardian portion and show my driver's license/ID. I was advised the form should be ready to pick up in 3-5 days and they would call to let us know. For privacy reasons, they can't email it but could also fax it to a number we provided if desired. “When I first came in about 2 and a half weeks ago I could barely walk. I had very little strength in both legs, and at the end of the first week I had movement in both legs. I believe it is because of the quality of care at this facility. I had to thank my wife for bringing me here because if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have done it. When I first got here I wasn't sure I would like it, but after spending some time here it has become my second home. I don't think there is another place like it, and I wouldn't have made the progress I have without this team. The team is personable and made therapy more fun than I thought was possible. “We received a recommendation from my son’s pediatrician to go here. He had been seeing a dermatologist for several months for treatment of a couple warts on his foot with no improvement. Upon arrival the front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The doctor interacted with my son very well and made him feel comfortable and eased his nerves. One treatment was needed to get rid of those nasty warts! We couldn’t be more happy with the care! Thank you!”

“I really, really like Dr. Tempelhof. He made me feel heard and gave me almost a sense of peace despite needing a cardiologist. I know I'm in good hands with him. It's very rare for me that I feel like I can fully trust a doctor and don't have to research information regarding some of my lesser known conditions, but he certainly provides that comfort. He was also great with the fact I bought my kids (who thankfully behaved!), and made a point to try and make them more comfortable (though they've grown up going to Mom's appointments, so this wasn't much stress for them at all). I'd also rate him as Ehler-Danlos and connective tissue disorder friendly. He knew enough to relate EDS to my cardiac condition(s).”

“My grandparents have been living here for a few months now. Their main reason for them moving here was for the amenities, as they do own their home. They have had better access to their medical care here. Their physical therapy is through Summit and they have a team that comes in to see the residents, if needed. My grandparents love the dining options and bistro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although reluctant to leave their home, my grandparents have nothing but positive things to say about their new apartment and community. I'm very grateful to have found this place for them.”
