“I been banking here for 5 years now. I truly like this branch better then the one on Stassney only because it’s not as busy. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I did read most of the low ratings with this bank & I have not experienced any of the things people said. Like I said the staff is helpful. Also I love how they do their best to remember your name regardless if it’s your first name or last. Also the the call center people are always helpful if I can’t drive to the bank. They have always been able to answer my questions or find someone who will contact me regarding it. I’m truly happy with all my experiences here. The only reason why I gave it a 5 star is because I do wish their was an after hour emergency line to talk to someone directly with A+ because I tend to lose my debit cards often and scared a stranger has it. Other then that, that is all.”

“This branch went above and beyond in helping my daughter get her loan approved and other loans paid and closed! We were working on a time crunch and Amanda Handshey (and I believe another employee, sorry don't know their name) went as far as personally delivering checks to two other banks for my daughter to make certain the account was paid on time and wouldn't accrue terribly high fees. I have never had such wonderful customer service at ANY other bank. Thank you for making our financial issue a priority.”

“I absolutely love JPMorgan Chase Bank! I get free designer checks, and I don’t get charged any fees whatsoever. I don’t even get charged for overdrafting my account as they’ll automatically cover it w/ my connected savings account. I can deposit checks right from my phone, and if I have any issues whatsoever w/ any of my Chase debit or credit card transactions or lost card, anything, their customer service representatives are always friendly and always help w/ the issue at hand. I’ve never had a case where they couldn’t or wouldn’t help me!”
