“My Dodge Ram 3500 truck began lugging as I pulled my 5th wheel camper up hills south of Columbus on late Friday afternoon. I pulled off at Lancaster and found a campground. I began calling around looking for a good diesel shop. I found Fleetmasters LLC at 3:45pm. Doug answered the phone and asked me questions about my problem and then told me to come right over! The mechanic read the codes and figured out what needed to be done to fix my problem. I made an appointment for the following Wednesday for a full diagnostic service if the problem persisted. “They did such an amazing job fixing up my car. Before I had a few people check my engine light and they would tell me it's just a sensor problem and it's not a big deal. I was getting annoyed by the light to the point I took it here for them to check up on it. Once they looked at it, they told me there was a crack (which threw off the sensor) and they could fix it there and now and I could have my car back by EOD. That is the fastest I have ever experienced from a mechanic. They did a quick and efficient job for me and my family for many years now. I highly recommend this place 😁”

“RNR Tire Express has went above and beyond for me. I bought a set of 4 tires and they did special financing in house. It doesn’t hit my credit at all. Secondly, they matched my down payment so that was another amount off my total. Third, the technician forgot to put back my lug nut key so Michael brought me my key to the place who was changing my brakes. It was a half hour drive to the shop who did my brakes. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Can’t say enough good things about the people of this location.”

I have used Kumler in the past and decided to use them again after a deer damaged my car. I just got my car back today and WOW! The results are better than I could have imagined! They really went above and beyond for me. My driver’s side light was completely missing. Being a single mom of three, I was concerned about driving in the dark. They put a temporary light in for me until they could get me in for my big repair so I could stay safe on the road. They didn’t have to do that, but that’s just the kind of people they are! “B & J Auto Services came to my rescue, after my car was going into "Limp" mode, not shifting out of 1st gear, going to 2 transmission shops over the course of 3 months, sitting in a transmission shop over a month, they gave me a referral to B & J's, John got me in at the beginning of the following wk, and had my car done by Monday afternoon!
