The NP Aaron was nothing short of perfect. I am a very anxious person with severe panic attacks. And fear everything. Which comes along with my mental health "issues". I have never felt more cared for by an entire facility. When I place the appointment yesterday I was getting emotional because I was talking about some emotional things... When I hung up with in 10 minutes I had a nurse calling me and asking me if I was okay. the woman that made my appointment had spoke with the doctor because she was concerned and then he became concerned and so he reached out to another employee and she called me and we talked for 30 minutes, ABOUT EVERYTHING!? I mean really who does that?! I'm leaving right now and I'm completely excited about my future and I know that everything's going to be okay and I'm going to be able to move forward and take care of myself and I'm excited to come back in 30 days. I was reminded about 10 times before I walked out the door that if I need anything to make sure I call the office that they will be there for me. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! “I have been training actively with Sifu Greg in his adult Kung Fu class for about five months now and it has been an absolute treat. Before studying here I studied around 1.5 years of Shuri-Ryu Karate and 6 months of Tae Kwon Do. I really have come to love Kung Fu the most though, especially Sifu Greg's approach. We do an excellent mix of conditioning, form work, kicks and punch, etc. He takes COVID-19 seriously but once the restrictions fade the classes also include more self-defense and sparring. I also like that there is not a belt system. There is still a sense of improvement and progression but it is much more oriented around YOUR personal development instead of hitting arbitrary benchmarks. The tuition is very affordable for three classes per week and unlike bigger schools where you often spend most of your time training with assistant instructors, at Z Studios, every class is led by Sifu Greg. Sifu Greg has over 30 years of martial arts experience and it shows. Come and try out a class and start your Kung Fu journey. I promise you won't regret it!”

Upon arrival the front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The doctor interacted with my son very well and made him feel comfortable and eased his nerves. “I really, really like Dr. Tempelhof. He made me feel heard and gave me almost a sense of peace despite needing a cardiologist. I know I'm in good hands with him. It's very rare for me that I feel like I can fully trust a doctor and don't have to research information regarding some of my lesser known conditions, but he certainly provides that comfort. He was also great with the fact I bought my kids (who thankfully behaved!), and made a point to try and make them more comfortable (though they've grown up going to Mom's appointments, so this wasn't much stress for them at all). I'd also rate him as Ehler-Danlos and connective tissue disorder friendly. He knew enough to relate EDS to my cardiac condition(s).”
