“Cho’s Martial Arts is a hidden gem that completely hits the mark. It is a clean, comfortable, family friendly environment that feels like home the second you walk through the door. The classes are very well balanced and teach the importance of self-defense, self-respect, and self-discipline. On top of that, Grandmaster Cho is an exceptionally skilled and experienced instructor that has an obvious gift for teaching. All at once, he is wise, disciplined, humble, understanding, knowledgeable, and fun. Master Cho is a true master of his craft and it is easy to see that he has a genuine interest in each of his students’ growth and success. He is truly one-of-a-kind in all the best ways. Classes are offered Monday-Friday and begin each day @ 4:00 p.m. They are certainly high in energy and intensity but never feel overwhelming, stressful, or crowded. I ALWAYS break a sweat but still feel comfortable going at my own pace if and when I need to. Plus, ALL of the instructors are kind, talented, and patient. Honestly, I never saw myself practicing taekwondo, but now, I’m hooked! I would attend class everyday, if I could. So much in my life has changed for the better by studying at Master Cho’s dojang. My only wish is that I would have joined sooner! My family and I love Master Cho and I have no doubt that you will, too!”

“In my experience not many physicians have the caring empathy to go with their knowledge. What I’ve experienced here with this doctor is above reproach. I’ve never felt belittled. I’ve never felt like I’m bothering him. I’ve always felt he fully listened to everything I had to say and gave me a thoughtful answer. If he didn’t have an answer he helped me go after it if we needed. And yes I said we because I’ve felt like my care involved me and not just some thing Burkett me from a physician who’s busy. I absolutely love my visits and the staff and nurses couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. My all-around care is a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Dr. Tencza and his office.”

The staff are all very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. DePietro was always friendly and energetic, willing to help with any questions and concerns I had. His assistant Dee was the same way. With the CTS treatment out of the way, I plan on returning for spinal work. The office is always clean, cozy, and has a laid back, friendly atmosphere.
