This store is one of the best ive had the privilege to visit, smells amazing, great and friendly associates.
Also. 5-10 minutes till close is still a horrible time to stop at any business. They have a life and might have closing procedures you are not aware of. Lets quit hating on customer service and start building them up

My darn scanner is not working! I will figure it out here soon and download another. These associates are absolutely the best ever! I have seen them go above and beyond with my daughter and I and at the same time juggling other associates with the very same over-the-too customer service! Just went back in to pick up a controller that was ordered again as this store just helped so much in ordered once again from another store!! Samantha is awesome and thank you for your help today! Really appreciate what you did to help me! Also Zak...you are so awesome as well! He was helping us look for another game like Tomb Raider and was naming this and that game and the details also handling a customer who just walked in with a return and he was so kind and informative to him. I have seen situations in which this customer would have been belittled in another store. Long story, not Game Stop in 43160! Love Samantha, Zak, and Seth! Seth helped me a time before and just as wonderful as the other 2! So I would definitely say this is the best location of any Game Stop in history! I have been to many! Best trio ever!
