  Preserves the history of Fayette County Ohio. I appreciate the effort because the leadership of this area finds it unnecessary to preserve our past in the name of progress. We have lost many historical buildings which now house parking lots. We have a committee to safeguard the history. It seems to focus using tunnel vision. Kudos to the business owners who have taken pride in their physical establishments and made the history of Fayette County come to life.

  Really tall ceilings! Hand made furniture which is worth a lot. Everything has a story.

  People are very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful building. I love learning about the history of an area, and they have a wonderful collection!

Fayette County Historical Society to hold annual meeting

The Fayette County Historical Society has been holding annual meetings for its membership for the last 50 years. This year is no exception. The 2017 Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held on Nov. 9 in St. Colman's Parrish Hall. A social hour will start at 6:30 p.m. and at 7 p.m. sharp the meeting will begin.
