(July 16, 2023, 1:40 pm)Have attended some of their auctions. Nice warehouse facility with easy parking and restroom. Like how start their auctions early, have multiple rings when practical, and move fast so my entire day isn't spent there. Not a lot of puffery in their descriptions of the items they were selling which I greatly appreciated. They just held it up and let the bidders set the price.

(July 29, 2016, 7:59 pm)I knew of Branen Weade a little bit from the community, and he seemed like a nice guy. So when it came time for me to sell my house, I figured that I'd give him a try. I'm glad that I did. The first time he showed my house was a few days before it officially went on the market. I got an offer on the house less than one week after the house went on the market, an offer thousands more than the price my house had previously been appraised for. And even after I accepted the offer, Branen kept on working. I could count on a weekly email from him updating me on the progress of the sale and walking me through the process. I couldn't be happier.
