I scheduled online and called to see if there were any earlier appointments available, the person was very nice on the phone and allowed me to come earlier. Person doing test was very kind as well and made it very easy.
(August 19, 2020, 8:39 pm)I wish they took my insurance but other than that it was an excellent experience, as far as a covid-19 test can be excellent. The whole thing was well organized, I did not have a wait. I appreciated being able to make an appointment online. Very nice interactions with nursing and staff. Clean, nice location. I would go there again if they accepted my insurance.
(August 14, 2020, 7:50 am)I loved that the waiting room wasn’t open and everyone has to wait in their car, personally this is my preference so I didn’t mind in the least. Everyone was so kind and thorough with my appointment. I especially liked the provider I saw, she had excellent attitude and actually talked through my treatment options and asked what I thought & would like to do. I wasn’t rushed and I felt heard. Setting the standard for how all doctors should treat their patients. Would highly recommend this urgent care. **They are a covid testing site so they were SUPER busy on a Wednesday afternoon so I did wait a wee bit, but everyone kept me informed and I was in and out in an hour.
(June 25, 2020, 1:11 pm)Christine was the associate we saw on our visit. Talk about professional! She explained all our options clearly and patiently. I left knowing so much more than I did when I got there. The whole team was friendly and efficient. First rate care all the way around. ?
