(July 6, 2020, 11:22 am)Above and beyond customer service. Long story short they replaced a flat tire on our van while we were on vacation. Our flight came in on Saturday, the fourth of July in the evening. Nobody felt good about leaving the van unlocked with the keys in it. So they met us at the shop at 7pm on July 4th to give us our keys and the run down. Wow! Now thats customer service. Thank you.

(July 24, 2014, 12:28 pm)My first experience with this Midas location, a few years ago, was excellent. I knew the likely problem going in (bad oil pressure sensor), and so asked specifically for the oil pressure to be tested, thinking that if it was fine, then I could have the sensor replaced. I wish I could remember the name of the employee, but he came back to me and suggested we just replace the sensor without testing the oil pressure since they also agreed it was the likely culprit. It saved me over a hundred dollars for a test that would have told me what I already knew.
Just yesterday, I drove in with a flat tire and requested a patch/plug. The employees tested and found that the puncture was too close to the sidewall to repair, and even showed it to me without any prompt (I agreed with their diagnosis. It was definitely too close to the sidewall). They then asked if I'd like to replace just the one tire, or if I wanted to replace two to keep the tread wear even. I asked for two, and to also replace the valve stem on my spare (which was corroded). Long story short, they took care of it all and didn't even charge for the valve stem (which was only a few dollars, but still).
I can't speak for everyone's experience, but I've been using this location for about four years now and have always been satisfied with the service.
