Very nice campground! Bathrooms are pretty and clean! Looked like the kids were enjoying the park and pool! We were traveling and stayed just one night to and from our destination.
This is not a good place to tent, we tented the first time we were there and could not sleep. The noise from the highway and interstate, and noise from the nearby truck stops was unbearable. The second time we stayed, I was able to (easily) adjust my reservation and we got a camping cabin. Can’t hear the noise in the cabin! Peaceful sleep that night! Lots of RV spots that looked nice!
Staff was very nice. They have a pizza shop on site that's pretty cool. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the cramped feeling, it seemed they also put trailers in areas that weren't normally camp spots but not positive. Also, the 8pm quiet time means pool and everything closes which sucks when you roll in at 6 or 7 in the evening.
Facilities are nice. Clean bathrooms and cabins. Playground, mini golf, pool, volleyball, store and laundry are all great. Staff is helpful and friendly. Easy location to access and close to local restaurants.
Campground is right off of a very busy highway and the traffic noise is loud all night. We enjoyed the campground but didn’t get much sleep.
The bathrooms are gorgeous with beautiful wood stalls and the shower was nice. The pool was cool, almost cold even in July but you got used to it. You didn't mind the lack of shade because the water was so cool. The store was very nice and had useful stuff, even towels! Helpful and friendly staff. The spots are a mix of shady and sunny. That sun is hot in the summer though so I think a shady spot will feel very nice. We had a sunnier than shadier. The kids liked the jump pad too.
