(October 10, 2019, 9:36 pm)WOW! The cake was so moist and delicious and the icing was perfect- creamy with the right amount of sweet. YUM! I can't comment on customer service as this was a gift and we did not visit the store- but we will be soon!

It seems like, anymore, all baked goods stores taste mass produced, like those Gigi's cupcakes, so dry and mealy, with way too much, too-thick icing. These cakes are delicate and everything you'd want in your baked goods. The lovely girl working there looked like she was made there, all chocolate and aqua and pink, and just as sweet. She'll be half the reason we go back! We bought the lemon raspberry and chocolate chip cakes, sooooo good.
