I mentioned in passing that our boy was getting neutered while checking out and got a get well soon card signed by the entire staff in the mail a week later. (They got our address from our membership info - nothing creepy.) I was always pretty loyal as the staff are all very helpful, personable, and LGBTQ+ friendly. That extra touch with the card has made me a permanent customer. I will never shop anywhere else in Columbus. Thanks!!!!

Part of what makes this store great is the dedication to customer service, which goes above and beyond a regular pet supply store. Return can food if your pet doesn't like it, carrying items to your car and of course the dog wash stations which are clean, easy to use and convenient to give your furry friend a bath.

I can’t say enough about shopping at Pet People in Clintonville. The people who work there are so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The store is immaculate. There are 3-4 dog washing rooms equipped with shampoos and towels for drying, too. I always feel welcomed there, and on occasion they have even greeted my dog by name when we walk in - and we’re really not there very often. Sometimes they even offer little freebies at the check out counter, like once when we got a little rawhide type chew free because they had over ordered. It just shows me that they really value their customers and love dogs. That’s the kind of place I want to support. Jeff Bezos has enough money!

My first time at this location and I had a fabulous experience! Vinny and Brianna were so helpful! Super friendly and knowledgeable and they worked in tandem to locate what I was looking for even though I was the only customer in the store!
