“Not only is Julie a Dietitian In Your Kitchen, she is also a Dietitian In Your Grocery Store! My first session with Julie was a Cooking Demo at my home with my three sisters. Julie put everyone at ease with her laid-back and friendly demeanor. She gave us easy-to-use resources and tons of cooking tips during the demo. Everyone was very pleased with Julie's style and we were all impressed with her knowledge. She answered our questions in a way we could all understand. My second session with Julie was at Saraga, an international grocery store. She introduced me to tons of new produce, sauces, seasonings and grains. Cassava bread, yes please! Not only did she show me these items, she gave me quick tips on how to prepare them. I highly recommend Julie if you want help with nutrition strategies. It is obvious she cares deeply about what she does.”

“Wonderful Staff! The food is ALWAYS AMAZING! I LOVE the Hummus Shawarma Plate with the veggie Appetizer. If you are on the go, their "natural energy" drink is so healthy and delicious! My only note would be that if ordering TO-GO, be sure to ask for additional pita, and a side of hot sauce and garlic sauce. They only give one pita and I am sure you don't want to run out again!”

He did, however, get a little mixed up in what did and didn't contain dairy. I definitely like the look and feel of the place, and the beer selection is good too. Overall I had a great time!”
