ABCS RCS is a medical billing company whose staff is always professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They have aggressively pursued appealed claims when needed and have provided up-to-date account reports when asked. I really enjoy working with them.
I have been working with Advanced Billing and Consulting Services (ABCS) since August, 2016 and they have been instrumental in getting my credentialing done with all of the different insurance carriers in a short period of time, as well as billing services established and running smoothly. I have been working with Angie and Cathy. They have been both very patient, always responsive and available to answer any of my questions. My emails have been answered in a timely manner and mostly the same day, and they are always available on the phone. I have been impressed with their knowledge and they have been guiding me step by step through the process patiently. With their friendly approach this process has been made painless for me.

We are pleased with Advanced Billing and Consulting Services. For a medical billing company, they are very good at staying in touch and easy to reach if we have a question. They easily adapted to our software and addressed our issue of aged accounts. ABCS also worked directly with our provider reps from MyCare payer sources in order to resolve our revenue cycle concerns. We like the fact that ABCS delivers value.
We are very happy using ABCS Ohio for our medical billing. They offered us a variety of pricing options and we selected a percentage-based fee structure.
