I know that if I ever need maintenance on my car I can take it to them and I would get a fair price and they're pretty quick. I always recommend them to people I know that may need any type of auto maintenance.
(July 20, 2020, 2:54 pm)The office staff were polite and professional. I went in for smoke coming from the front end. I needed a condenser and compressor; the price quoted was extremely competitive based on industry standards.
Ultimately the shop saved me some money by servicing the condenser instead of replacing it. Some shops might have left that fact out and kept the extra money. Integrity is important to me.
I see some of the same faces that have been there 15 plus years, which is another reason I trust Broad & James Auto Care.
