I was scheduled for an oil change for my 2016 Infiniti QX60. I arrived on time, and decided to sit in the lobby as I waited for Jack to finish.
We are given the option to stay or leave, and I opted to stay which was a relaxing and quiet experience in the lobby. Though it took a couple hours, I expected that since I was given the option to leave and come back; for me, it was okay to wait. Just want to let future clients know in case they are in a hurry.
As far as the service: Jack was excellent. Very professional, communicative, attentive, and thorough in explaining what he did (oil change, key fob batter replacements, brake diagnosis, washer fluid replacement, and exterior cleaning). I would definitely say I received superb service for an EXCELLENT price (I had a coupon saved in my Apple Wallet).
I would say search online for coupons, Germain is fair in honoring them, and it definitely makes an amazing service even more worthwhile. Every employee was sweet and professional, I will now be going here to get my vehicle serviced (and a possible future trade in). Highly recommend.
