(July 31, 2020, 10:08 am)I love this gym! I have been a member off and on for the past 3 years (due to transitions of school and work). Truth be told, the gym has all the equipment you could ever need while also being top notch quality. It has a intimate atmosphere and hardly ever gets too crowded. I never feel rushed and that is a blessing in of itself. The owner, Nick, is super proactive and easy to get a hold of and he does a great job of keeping the entire place clean. Highly recommend!!

The staff are friendly and great to work with, and there's never a wait for equipment or machines. The 24/7 key fob makes it super easy to get a workout in on your schedule!
(June 6, 2020, 6:23 pm)An easy, simple, and reliable gym solution to fit your fitness needs. They have everything you'd need to make sure you are comfortable getting back into your workout routine. They use the Mindbody app to make it easy to book your time so they can ensure there won't be too many people working out at the same time, and to help you feel safe while getting your calories burned. That's just the gym. The amount of contributing businesses that Train is gracious enough to spread the word for other businesses is amazing. Make sure to check out everyone else Train works with!
(January 14, 2019, 3:27 pm)I loved Train! It's a small gym but has everything you need and is always very clean and tidy. The management is wonderful and quick to respond. I hope that they can expand and also open more gym around the city! I recommend this gym to anyone in the area.
