Karl got the job done right the first time and also followed up with a precautionary second visit at our request to rid the apartment of a bug issue. He is forthright with what he sees, punctual, responsive in his communication and seems to be a solid down to earth guy. His price was at or below market too.
They helped us get rid of mice and bugs. Each with a 90 day guarantee. They were super responsive and got out to help ASAP. They even helped identify entry points and gave us guidance on what to have our contractor fix. Definitely will use again (hopefully just for bugs)!
