Interstate Utility Trailer

I came here after TA condemned my trailer ecu and recommended buying it from the dealer. After 10 min of diagnosis the service technician found there was a wire that corroded. He fixed the wire and everything was working normal. Saved me $900 in parts. Thank you very much guys.

Rented a refrigerated trailer from them to help us through the Valentines holiday. The service that Alex provided was top notch and refreshing. We were having issues with the refrigeration portion holding correctly. This was a major issue. I called Alex at 5:30 on Friday night and he stopped what he was doing and came 50 minutes to our store and corrected the issue which took a number of hours, then a couple days later a few more minor issues and he again personally came out to check. Excellent customer service at a time that was vital to our company, will use again and recommend their company.
