Just enacted water submetering apartments ( A MINIMUM 10% INCREASE IN MONTHLY WATER BILL). Business run on ledger books ( mafia style) with no business network, maintenance work order system, or online rent pay. Money order or check(?)

THIS PLACE is simply a money grab for the absentee koshar owners in Boca Raton

Buyer beware....i rented a single famile house a few blocks outside the ghetto for $11 LESS a month than at apple core

I lived there for 2 yrs. awesome place to live. grounds always looked fantastic especially during the spring,summer and fall. lots of beautiful flowers. whenever i had a work order it got done that day and the manager, i think her name is kathy is the friendliest i have ever come across. she tries to go out of her way to make sure you are happy. you will love this place. i plan on going back there when my schooling id done.
