This location was pretty good. The staff was thorough and quick and knowledgeable and friendly. However I didn't like the fact that Im a Sprint customer migrating to T-Mobile having to pay a lot of fees for brand new phones and having to pay for charger blocks. Also I didn't like that they won't take old trade in phones in any condition, so you can't utilize the promotion.

Switched over to iPhone and Zoe was phenomenal in helping me with my new phone! Very knowledgeable, polite, and amazing customer service. The team here are all friendly and helpful!

Was very helpful, however my daughter transferred from Sprint Service back to Team Mobile and she was charge to get the phone. Sale Tax was high as hell. Their should have not been a charge for the transfer because Team Mobile and Sprint are merged together. She should have came in as a New Customer. She didn't trade in her phone nor mine, because they said they didn't except damage phones. The person on Sprint Customer Service on phone said if she got the phone fixes she then could trade it in for the six hundred dollars promotion. She had a hard time trying to get a new phone. This didn't happen at this location, however it was not a smooth transition trying to get a new phone at first until my daughter email the CEO and someone call her back with the right information on how to go about how to get the phones.
