Charlie was absolutely wonderful. We were hesitant at first because the only DNA reviews were bad, but he cleared it right up. Prices are fair and we got results by day 3. It only took us 5 minutes to take the test. Highly recommend

I hardly ever leave reviews, but Charlie is incredible! I needed a last minute drug screen due to the process that my school has in place, & I was able to walk-in on such short notice and be helped given the short time frame. Charlie was the only one running the office and was very polite when others started walking in behind me. The entire process took less than 20 minutes & not only was Charlie quick & efficient, but he is also so kind & professional. Quality customer service is really hard to find these days, so it was definitely a nice surprise coming in today. Also, the bathroom, waiting area, etc., was super clean. 10/10 recommend coming here!
