I must confess that I haven't been physically in the building here. I get my tortillas from Lucky's Market, and I also have to confess that I *originally* bought Koki's tortillas because honestly? They were the least expensive option.

But then I got them home and started making burritos, and found myself completely floored by how much *better* these tortillas are than all the brands you know from big box stores.

Honestly, I didn't know that there could be such a difference in what seems like such a simple ingredient. I wasn't looking to have some kind of hipster "cooler than your tortillas" experience. I was just hungry and cheap. But I did get that experience, and THEN found out that Koki's is right in my hometown?

So what we have is excellent value, incredible quality and the absolute joy of supporting a local business. I'm never buying Mission again, unless I'm having some kind of emergency tortilla need.
