  I was extra impressed with the quality of work, as well as the fast and super friendly service. Would 100% recommend fix auto. Also, I’m pretty sure they returned my car more clean than when I purchased it!

  Lisa and all the staff were awesome. Let me know worse case scenarios and I was pleasantly surprised. Car looks brand new. They made everything seamless.

  Unfortunately I had to take my car into the body shop because my vehicle got egged and it ate away at the paint. Honestly this is the best experience I have had with a body shop. They were very friendly from the start, and their process is down to a tee from start to finish. They found more than I could see myself and fixed everything. They keep you updated on your vehicle and how long it may take to be finished which a lot of body shops don’t do in my experience! They also cleaned and detailed the interior of my vehicle as well as the exterior when they were finished which is a first for me as well. If I ever need a body shop again - I will definitely be using them :) thank you !

  After trying to get a number of auto body repair shops to replace my 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT rear quarter-panels (both sides) without success, I went to Fix Auto Columbus. Chris talked me through the correct repair process and immediately agreed to repair my truck. They went above and beyond my expectations and stayed well within my budget. They showed me the old, damaged quarter panels, explained why they failed and also explained their replacement/painting process. The repairs and the paint were perfect. I am more than pleased.
