Thank you to the Anthem Fry's pharmacist Abeer for going over and above to assist me not once but twice in recent months. She is a friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable professional. While waiting in line, I have observed the way Abeer cheerfully and respectfully interacts customers and co-workers. She gives customers the trusting services like when going to a small-town local drugstore. We are fortunate to have a local pharmacist of her caliber in our Anthem community.
I have used Fry's/Kroger pharmacies for almost 20 years; since 2016 at this location in Anthem and previously in Michigan. I have consistently received caring, professional, and confidential service.
I recommend this Fry's pharmacy because they generally have the drugs you need in stock and it is a clean and safe environment offering convenient hours and the best pharmacist Abeer.
What is with the Fry's Pharmacy? Everyone was let go a couple of months ago. And ever since the staff is full of stress? Anger?. Today they have a "floater" she called herself. She must have just had the most horrible day because she treated us like how dare my wife be disabled and bother her. My wife tries her best with her stand up walker. And is extremely pleasant to everyone she talks to. But this lady was abnormally rude. I understand the staff shortage. And I know the new pharmacist has taken a hard position I am assuming because of the reasons the last staff was let go she has to run a tight ship and that usually means some harshness with staff. And Floaters I guess may have been forced to go this other store and that must be why she is having a hard day. I started to get upset myself because the farce of errors this staff has perpetrated in the last four months is absurd. The world was the dismissal this lady treated us. We are day 32 of her 30 day supply and this one does not understand the importance of certain medicine that cannot just be missed or stopped. This was the final day. After the decade and more of coming to this pharmacy, we are sadly deciding to go somewhere else.
Dr. Smith possible saved my life. If I had stayed with the diagnosis from the VA. Who knows what may have happened. He's a super knowledgeable doctor.
The Elko team are great, they have always gone above and beyond to make sure they have what I need in stock. They process orders quickly and their prices are extremely reasonable. I will be using them for all of our wire related needs in the future.
