John Ferrell and staff are amazing! I was referred to John from my father and it's been one of the best things I've done. John himself is a very responsive and upfront professional. He's honest about what you'll be looking at when it comes to your insurance. He doesn't try to sell you anything that you don't need. My insurance rates increased b/c of my credit score and John found me a company that didn't look at insurance scores. The rate dropped significantly. I've worked with his staff and they are profession and responsive as well. Ferrell Insurance has dropped my insurance rates so much I can't believe it sometimes. On top of that, it's a black owned business. That alone is worth it for me. Overall, if you are looking for an insurance agency, don't hesitate to pick Ferrell Insurance, you'll be glad you did...trust me!!!!
