Brookdale Westerville

My family’s experience with Brookdale has been great. We only hoped to manage the situation our family was in but have been pleasantly surprised to see my mother find belonging among the residents. I’ve seen joy that was missing during home care. I’m pleased to see her make new friends and we have been made to feel welcome when visiting.
I believe Brookdale is a wise investment. The facility is safe, clean, and provides an uncommon opportunity to be outside “at will” due to the central courtyard within the footprint of the building. I’m comparison, many larger facilities lacked this green space.

Brookdale Westerville is a great place that I would love my family to live here. The staff has worked there for a long time, and there is not much turnover. The food is wonderful. Everyone cares about the residents, and they show respect to everyone.

Outstanding atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. Excellent food with home cooked flavors. Welcoming management. If looking for assisted living I would definitely consider stopping by for a visit.

Brookdale assisted living is one of the best choices I have ever made. My brother is very happy and content there. He's made friends, enjoys the games, movie night, cookout and celebrated holidays. Brookdale takes pride in their cleanliness, they are very organized and caring of each individual resident. It was one of the most difficult decisions to make and after researching and visiting several facilities Brookdale was top of my list. I wanted my brother to have the best care but most of all I wanted him to be happy. Yes he likes to go out but he often reminds me that bingo is at 3 and he doesn't want to miss it. The staff are amazing and talk, laugh, and care for each person as if they were their own family member. Thanks to Brookdale I can sleep at night knowing my brother is safe & well cared for because after all he's home at Brookdale.

This is the most loving and caring community not only of the Residents they serve ,but their staff as well. Very Family oriented and superb care is given there. Community is small and staff retention is outstanding providing that continuity of care for the ones that they serve.
